AAPEX is a leadership-driven organization within the NYPD dedicated to empowering officers and strengthening the relationship between the police and communities. We focuses on mentorship, community outreach, recruitment, and advocacy to ensure fair representation, cultural understanding, and public safety for all.
AAPEX was founded by a group of trailblazing Asian American executive NYPD officers who recognized the need for stronger representation, mentorship, and community connection. What began as a small network of dedicated leaders has grown into a powerful voice within the department—committed to uplifting officers, building trust with our communities, and inspiring the next generation to serve with pride, integrity, and purpose.
We offer a range of community support services, including counseling, case management, and support groups. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.
Become a volunteer with NYPD AAPEX and make a difference. We offer a variety of opportunities to get involved and give back to your community.
We love our community, so feel free to contact us during normal business hours.
